 Effective August 29, 2021:
Second Class Townships are required to create and post agendas at least 24 hours prior to each meeting.  ACT 65 of 2021 amends the Sunshine Law to require agendas be posted on township's website, if they have one.  It must also be posted at the meeting location and principal office of the township 24 hours prior notice.  This ruling applies to all local government boards and commissions. ​
